We've been playing from childhood,youthhood,& they(gov'ment) still expect us to play to 'adulthood'.Adult play dem forget, dey very rough.So robbery,'yahooyahoo,419,one chance',name it,became fun.Bcos we make money d easy way, by 'playing' with people(we don't discriminate).
Adult play is no childs play,its creativity in a negative way.The gov'ment has to seriously look for ways to channel the creativity of these army of rough 'players' into positive things!
After all,who wan look UCHE face
